1. Acceptance of Terms

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phmerry uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Verification: phmerry may require you to verify your identity, age, and payment methods before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your phmerry account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account.

4. Account Security

All financial transactions on phmerry are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phmerry accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmerry's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmerry account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmerry shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business or business opportunity.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond phmerry's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phmerry's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

phmerry reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in phmerry's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account, phmerry will process any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed by you to phmerry and any amounts subject to investigation or dispute. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and phmerry, you agree to first contact phmerry's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phmerry will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phmerry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmerry will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of phmerry following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using phmerry and may close your account by contacting customer support.
